Yes, women can wear ties too! Here's a cool way for women (and men) to wear a tie. Flip it "ascot style" and secure it with a tie tack/pin or broach.

Here's how Jennifer Dean (President & CEO of Dean's Professional Services) wore it today when she spoke to BPW's monthly networking meeting.
